Michael began his career early in construction at nineteen years old in 1973 after serving two years in the military, mixing stucco and carrying a hod
for a local contractor. After attending Westark Community College, he joined the forces of Sparks Regional Medical Center’s in house construction crew as a carpenter where he gained a wealth of hands-on experience during eight years performing all phases of construction from demolition through the finished product. Continually striving to become intimate with the regional construction industry, Michael has now served more than 40 years with broad and varied hands-on construction experience as Superintendent, Construction Coordinator, Estimator, Project Manager as well as Construction inspector for the Lake Fort Smith/ Arkansas State Park Project while employed by Mickle, Wagner, Coleman Engineers, representing the City of Fort Smith’s interest in the project. As Vice President of Turn Key Construction Management Inc., Michael serves as Senior Project Manager and brings a wealth of knowledge, seasoned experience, integrity and dedication to the company.
