With close to 50 years in the construction industry, Richard brings a wide range of experience to the Turn Key team.  Being a licensed general contractor for many years, Richard has also previously served as a Superintendent and Project Manager of commercial and residential construction. Before moving back to Arkansas, Richard had been on retainer for up to ten different law firms as an expert construction witness.  His experience and attention to detail makes Richard an expert in construction safety.  Although he is not dedicated to any one project, he makes weekly visits to all the jobsites to ensure all OSHA and company standards are being adhered to.
